What Services Do We Offer?

Wow, way to put us on the spot... Well, we are experts in multifamily residential turnovers, as well as AirBnB and STR supplies and logistics. We also offer preventative maintenance, commercial cleaning, office cleaning, junk hauling, as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning services.
Can We Integrate With Your AirBnB Calendar?

YES! We integrate with your AirBnB, VRBO, and other platform calendars to automatically schedule appointments, and we will also give you a software portal where you can schedule manual appointments, view post-cleaning photos, pay invoices, and more!
How Do We Handle Laundry and Linens?

First of all, when you sign with Sunstone Turnovers, we inherit all of the supplies in your AirBnB or Short-Term Rental property after we take over… and we will continue stocking supplies and replacing soiled linens/towels at no additional charge! NEW homes require a $200 setup fee, regardless of size.
What is "Preventative Maintenance?"

For a $150 additional charge, we perform property services, including a full preventative maintenance schedule. We will replace your air filters, batteries, lightbulbs, and water filters quarterly. We also like to spend some extra time checking kitchenware & supplies, cleaning detail, and especially curb appeal. This service is most helpful for AirBnB operators and offices.
Do We Provide Photos After Each Cleaning?

YES! You can access photos, as well as view notes and invoices, in your client portal.
Do We Co-Host or Manage Vacation Rentals?

Sunstone Turnovers is the sister company to WISH STR, a vacation rental and management firm hosting over 100 properties on AirBnB and VRBO. Our expertise extends far beyond cleaning; we will manage your property for a rate of 20%, or as low as 15% for enterprise customers. Service includes furniture coordination, professional photography, cross-platform advertising, dynamic pricing, 24-7 guest services, cleaning, supplies, & quality control, maintenance, and much more.
